Gibson owns Steinberger. We are working on somethin'

I just saw him in SF, and he's still playing the Delap. Why not just put the Steinberger tremelo on the Fatboy and make it headless?

I would kill for his tone and gear.Could definatly kill a few more for his technique.

God I wish I could play like Allan! How does he play so randomly? But somehow it all makes sense. A god.

I had one of those guitars and ended up trading it for a Les Paul Studio. I couldn't get an even volume on all the notes. Lots of loud and soft volume notes all over the fretboard. I also couldn't get an even volume between strings no matter how I adjusted the pickups. It was really pretty and well built. Also the neck was kind of thick and clubby for me.In retrospect maybe I should have tried swapping the pickups. I do have a pair of koa solidbody Carvins I love a lot, though.
