Tyson was at that point considered the pound-for-pound best boxer on the planet and was seemingly invincible due to his utter domination of the division.

That combo from 1:03 to 1:06 Buster hit Mike with... Man fuckin sick! Tyson wasn't the same after that.

You can say mike didn't train well enough, Douglas lost his mother the day before, etc, etc but the fact is buster beat an undefeated world champion against the odds. This was not luck, this was fate!
