it's good that you are being very particular with your grip coz it has a huge bearing on how much power you can generate , how much spin you can put on the ball and how high the ball will fly.gripping it in your fingers is the key.

The line marked on the grip is at the point where the pinky finger meets the palm. Another grip video has the mark further in to the palm (by about 2cm). Which is correct? He appears to be gripping it like the latter in this video!!

Just got back from the range after watching this...wow! I was slicing and fading with occasional fat shots and getting gvery frustrated. I discovered the right hand's grip is probably THE most important element of getting the clubface to roll over correctly. Overlap the right-hand pinky over the left-hand ring finger is important too (was interlocking way too high with my right). Gained 10 yds and lift with each club and even had one guy take a break and watch ME (I'm a 100+ golfer).
