Thats a nice list of upgrades. I have an 04 GT myself, black/black leather premium 5 spd. Adding stuff one by one...Whats the mileage on your car right now?

at the time. yes i would say you made the right decision buying the gt. but now that the cobra is a PROVEN competitor with mild mods. i definitly would of went with the 04 cobra. exhaust+ tune=450rwphthose 2v's cant really compete unless completely redone.. stroked.. forged.. heads/cam/turbo/blower,etc. nice ass car though rare to see these cars *that* fast

ANSWER: I didn't spend "so much" on this GT. I bought this car in 04 BRAND NEW fully loaded for $18K... At the time a 04 cobra was over $30K brand new... Over a $12K difference didn't really justify why I should purchase a terminator over a GT. If I really wanted to go all out, I could of invested that extra $12K in the GT and dropped in a blown fully built crate motor running 9's or 10's in the 1/4...
