I've looked for ages, and I can't find a name. Personally, it sounds like a young Chris Cornell to me (though I doubt it actually is).

I know, that's why the 80's ROCKED for cartoons. Anybody could come up with ANY idea and a studio would pick it up because they had no idea what would catch on.
