in the cold hard ray-gun 80s, rem provided a warmth & softness, and this song was the clarion call that fueled the whole meat puppet, camper van, replacement, butthole 80's lost underground......AMERICAN HARDCORE was not enough!! Where is the true story of the 80s??

I saw REM at Southern Star Amphatheater before they became super popular. Stipe was wearing something like a dress over regular clothes. They kept teasing the audience that they would play this song but they never did.
