I understand the idea, but the second meaning has to be gramatically sound, which it isn't in this case. According to well-accepted linguistic rules, there is no ambiguity to the term "slowest car" and in no way can it be interpreted to mean "took the longest time" unless you bend those rules. Long story short, this is retarded and the original ad that aired during the Super Bowl was MUCH better.

Nah; the 'slowest car' bit is used to get the viewer thinking. It adds more of an impact when you understand the second, intended meaning of it.
