he's talking about football. he's saying that a team called porto is best than the team that they like ( benfica/sporting) its a pitty that u don't understand cause it is awesome :(

FC PORTO Won the Championship by the second consecutive year.That Guy (Rui Moreira) is simply joking with the two rivals from Lisbon, Sporting and Benfica.Greatings from a FC PORTO supporter.By the way, enjoy Anderson in the Premier League! It's a portuguese program and the guy on the screen is analising the portuguese championship. The four guys that are seated are from Benfica (3rd), and Sporting (2nd)but the man at the video is from Porto (1st) and he's joking with the fact. But it's humouristic... They're also joking with the man at the video.

Well, basically the guy on the screen is a FC Porto supporter that is saying jokes against Benfica and Sporting. Three of the four guys are Benfica supporters and the other (with glasses) is Sporting supporter.
