i totally agree with you. the best revenge is that you're okay with it. if you beg and all that.. they'd be like: oh thank god i broke up with her. but if your over it they'll be like: wow she doesn't even need me & she got over it so quickly:( and its the best revenge ever. like friggen jennifer aniston on brad pitt;) shes doing better without him

btw i'm not telling her to simply get over it, i'm telling her to have dignity in a break up, a break up's bad enough without you losing your dignity over it. don't make things worse for yourself and cry all you want when he's not around, but when he is around put on brave face, you'll realise that he's not worth the whole trouble eventually

Well for ur info I have, and I know it sucks when it happens, and I've personally done the whole psycho ex thing-- begging him to come back and crying over him... the whole lot, you name it, I've done it. And the humiliation of having done such a low thing is worse than the break-up itself, keep your dignity, no one's worth crying for because the person who's worth crying for won't make you cry.

Have you ever been in a relationship lasting for years but then suddenly ends? Not from death of either but a more stupid reason? I haven't, however I know people that's happened to and you can't just "get over it". Get a grip yourself and put yourself in someone else's shoes.
