yeah my mom is using it she use to weigh 140lb then after about 4 weeks she weighed 128 lb. but you also have to do exercise

it's not like a diet, is like a nutricional food that replace your food with nutrition! but if you combine herbalife with exercices you can lose a lot of punds!

This company's products are the highest quality and they are the most successful in long term success. I used their products in 1998 and lost 12 lbs in 20 days, and went from a 10 to a 2. The weight has stayed off and my mom and husband lost over 60 lbs too. If you COMPLETE the program you will be healthy and happy with the results. If you dont complete it you will whine and complain it doesnt work. Well, you were the problem, not the products.
