And if this guy had a medical condition, guess what? He should have cooperated even more then, not suddenly go limp in the officers' hands and drag himself on the floor. What the hell did you expect the officers to do? Leave him on the ground like a baby? No, because that would set a precedent for future police-student interactions. Besides, the guy was probably resisting being lifted up by the officers, so don't say that the police absolutely could have lifted him without "motivation".

He was probably laughing it up as he was screaming "Oh shit, I'm a fucking martyr, I'm fucking hardcore guys." To even have the audacity to call himeslf a martyr when the policemen were just doing their jobs (albeit, perhaps too extreme) is just the epitome of douchebaggery.
