And that blackwater murder story you mentioned... I would love to see an article on that please, because I never heard of that. Riots are a little different than a whole city being swept into chaos by a hurricane where looting is rampant and their's not enough police to handle the situation. And from what I've heard, blackwater didn't do such a horrible job other than seizing weapons, which is wrong, but every authoritive power was doing that.

If County & city leaders can handle their own problems, they wont request the state governor to intervene.Ive lived under Riots when curfews were imposed, but Guard troops were not called in.State Governors will be usurped in their powers under martial law, By the FEDs, who will enlist Blackwater Mercs, Israeli Mercs & Fed goons

America is now under martial law. Stay in your homes, remain calm. The #1 enemy of progress is "question" Do not attempt to think or depression may occur, do not attempt to contact loved ones, insurance agents or attorneys. Your neighborhood watch representative will be by in the morning to collect urine samples, anyone attempting to disrupt the collection of urine samples will be SHOT. No more than 2 people can gather anywhere without permission.

The people were disarmed because it was suppose to reduce crime, not to be "psyche op", which is an awfully speculative accusation to make without proof. They could do that without engineering a catastrophe. And it's nice to know you think I'm good enough at this to be a "shill". I appreciate it!
