Richard Hawtin is a Canadian (British born) producer, label boss & DJ. Although mainly influenced by Detroit techno, Hawtin developed his own style ranging from harder noisy techno to deep minimal abstract acid, particularly under his best known alias Plastikman. Was involved in the development of the Final Scratch digital DJ technology and has continued to use new technology as it becomes available.

nice detroit techno....but techno, minimal, deep house, detroit, acid chicago, who cares its just about electronic music you dont have to be limited to just 1 type of music like ¨techno is the best or whatever¨ its about electronic music not just about techno if only would be techno i think it would be boring ;) who say: techno is the best minimal is shit or minimal is good and electro shit now that people is stupid and they dont know about electronic music
