I think he IS a scammer, for several reasons: He couldn't give a straight answer (if you've ever dealt with a scammer, they're surprisingly dim-witted all things considering), he was making absurd promised he knew damn well could not be REMOTELY physically possible, and the time was never stated how much time had passed without receiving a package. Unless I missed something. It could have been a month for all I know.
