Shaolin monk does a front flip and breaks a hole in the runway at Shadang fashion show bydesigner Rafi Anteby. Fashion model Sarah Welch a former contestant on the Bachelor endsup getting wet as she falls into the hole on the runway..which was above the swimming pool at Mondrian hotel during LA Fashion week. 1, that could have been a easy fix, get plywood and wrap it in tin foil and put it over the hole temporarily geez2, yea, they look straight but what happened to peripheral vision?

You'd sue...for what exactly? Did she suffer any permanent physical damage? Doesn't look like she even scratched herself. Any permanent mental anguish? She would have to prove psychological distress or something of that nature to even think of winning anything. Plus, she'd never work again because no one would hire her after she sued.
