just a little bit of advice. When B/sliding on the ice and your pushing off. make sure, you bring your leg in closer to your body. you will get way more power and you won't need to do 2 push off's.

Good precise powerful movement. One thing to pay attention to is your lead skate coming off the ice when you are pivoting and getting into your T-push. As you move up in levels the puck moves that much quicker, and that may be the split second you need to change direction or get set.Kris MayotteThe Goalie Academy

try holding your glove up. in all honesty you really shouldn't hold it with your palm facing the ice.

how sharp do you get your skates sharpened? you seem to push off great. I get mine 3/4 cut and i don't like it at all.
