Each man has to read the scripture in sincerity and decide where to lean. I know of a man who obeyed Hitler's government as a soldier. He only fired his gun when ordered to do so. Then he was captured by the Russians and obeyed them in a labor camp and then finally he came to Canada. We must decide in our hearts in all sincerity to the commands of Christ what government laws we obey and which laws we don't obey.

I don't know where to even begin with this ecumenical monstrosity of a man. This guy is so going to burn in the lake of fire it isn't funny. You obey the government only so far as their law agrees with the Bible. Facist states don't allow preaching and that's when they cross the Biblical line. Not only that, but you cannot support the crimes of that government against it's people.

Yes, the Bible does say, "Honor the king." Yet you won't find any passage of the Bible that states, "Honor the president." We need to make the King our ultimate authority again--King Jesus, that is, not the King of Babylon.
