I don't think they should make an English version. I think they should just translate the current program into English and leave the songs as they are. There are enough people in the US that love Japan.

Hah, if I didn't know better, I think they got Brenda to sing an english version of The Idolm@ster (Brenda also did an english version of the ED song for White Album).It'd be funny if they attempted to localize iM@s, but yes it would dismally fail. The stereotypes that work in Japan don't work anywhere else, not to mention that just rediong ALL the songs would be a total pain. My advice to you: Start drinking heavily--I mean, learning Japanese. >.>
