Unheard of.UPDATE#4: Many people are being unfairly banned from Ebay for simply expressing disagreement with the oncoming changes. Ebay stated we could share our opinions and they would listen but when we do they ban with no warning, no email...nothing. The issue is that Ebay is full of scam artiest. Unless Ebay and Paypal start to crack down on these people and go after them in CRIMINAL court, people will have no faith in Ebay/Paypal. Its simple, I may pay a bit more, but not only do I know what I am getting but I also have the protection my credit card company offers. With ebay/paypal its just like buying something off the back of a truck.

just file a charge back. most of the time they are true to their word though. I have never had a bad experience on ebay personally

theres always that risk buddy, but if it does happen that you get a game like that you need to file a dispute and ebay would take it from there, it would take a while but eventually he would have to give your money back, however its really rare.let me know ill tell you the good sellers with very high ratings! and i know all the bad sellers because i've had my share of those assholes.

is it possible to sell a video game that is scratched and it wont work then say it's new?because im scared that if i buy a game it might not work
