Lisa Ortiz (dub voice of Lina) is good but Megumi is the best. I find most of the dub voices lack the emotion and chemistry found in the japanese voices. Zelgadis dub also change during the first season. However, quality is probably still over the average dub found in anime.IMO, best anime dub are Ranma series and those from Studio Ghibli.

Megumi Hayashibara does sing the opening themes to the Slayers anime and does the voice for Lina Inverse.Hayashibara also sings the openings to Lost Universe and Love Hina and she does the voice for the title character to the anime film Paprika.
