Michael Jordan (1994 Pippen All-Star Classic)
This video is NOT about which player is better. It is not easy to watch Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen playing against each other, who are regarded as the greatest duo in NBA history. I hope you can watch this video pleasantly and see their firm friendship in this video...- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Michael Jordan came out of retirement after 15 months to play in a benefit game (Scottie Pippen All-Star Classic - September, 1994).He still has the form, the grace, the speed, the slam dunks, the three-pointers, that send fans into a frenzy.Jordan scored 52 points to lead his team to a 187-150 victory. Jordan made 24 of 46 shots. As he left the floor, the crowd of nearly 20,000 gave him a standing ovation. He then, bowed, waved to the fans and kissed the floor of the stadium. The same floor where he led the Chicago Bulls to an unprecedented three consecutive NBA championships."I was kissing the Stadium goodbye and kissing goodbye to my years of playing there," Jordan later said. "But I was not kissing basketball goodbye, I'll always love basketball, and I'll always play it. I just won't play organized ball."After his spectacular game, Jordan noted, "I wanted to make sure that when I stepped onto the court, you guys couldn't say. 'You lost this' or 'You lost that.'"The game is the last event to be held at the 65-year-old Chicago Stadium.

looks like pippen played some pretty good defense on him. but just think, if MJ never retired, he would've had 8 rings instead of 6.

He did dominate the Association. I will not argue that he was the best to ever play the game, but at the same time, the people he played against tried to make things as difficult for him as possible for him, making him work for everything. The thing is MJ got his because he just had the ability to find ways to carry his team to victory, and he had the talent, athleticism and all the intangibles necessary to be the best. The great ones have that ability.

Look at my first sentence. Can you comprehend that? I'm agreeing with you there. He was the greatest of all-time, no doubt. The reason I mentioned what happened in HS was because he could have done two things with that experience of being cut: given up or worked harder. Regardless of his size at the time, he worked harder and became the man. That's what made him great. Some people have a lot of talent, but take it for granted and don't work hard enough to develop it. He did.

MJ had dominated them boys. He had avg. 30 a game when he was playing with the Bulls.
Domini478 (July 3, 2008 at 4:30 pm)
He had got cut because he was too short to be on the team. He was 5'10 in his sophomore year, and he even said it himself.. MJ is the GOAT, can you comprehend?
